Fitting and use

Clean with lukewarm water and suitable brewing sanitiser before use. Avoid sudden temperature changes, allow fermentation headroom and support the base when carrying a full bottle; do not rely on the handle alone. Fit and fill the airlocks according to the brewing instructions for active fermentation. Use the swing-top caps for storage after fermentation, rather than sealing an active batch. Beverage ingredients and liquids are supplied separately.
