Delivery:
- What delivery options are available?
We ship the majority of our orders via Royal Mail Tracked. If you are purchasing large and/or heavy products in bulk, Parsons pallet delivery service will be used. If your order requires pallet shipping you will be contacted directly. Further information regarding shipping can be found in the shipping policy at the bottom of our site.
- Do you offer international delivery?
We only ship orders within the UK. No international delivery options are currently available.
Payment:
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay
Order Queries:
- Who do I contact if there's an issue with my order?
Please contact customer support by filling out the contact form or emailing us at: sales.pm.suppliers@gmail.com. When emailing us, please attach an image of the issue as this streamlines the RMA process.
- Can I change or add to my order once its been placed?
Once an order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, we are unable to amend the order or delivery.
If you want to add or remove products from your order, please contact our customer services team and we will attempt to cancel the original order. You will then need to complete a new order with the products you require.
If we’re unable to cancel your order, you can refuse delivery and begin the returns process.
Order Tracking:
- How do I track my order?
A tracking number is uploaded once your order is marked as dispatched. Please copy the tracking number onto the royal mail tracking website for updates on your delivery.
Returns:
- What is your returns policy?
