Check the inlet and outlet types against your existing fittings before ordering. The STR16 adapter is described as 16mm and for nominal ½″ irrigation pipe. Check pipe specification and fitted size; the nominal name is not a measured internal diameter. The blue coupling has a female snap-on socket and a separate BSP threaded end. It connects to a mating threaded fitting and does not clamp directly onto bare hose. Hose and pipe shown for context are not included. Assemble and check all connections before turning on the water.
